You'll love the old world look of my Brass Shell Cache Vials that open up to hold your love notes, herbs, seeds, beads, gemstones, aromatherapy, pet ashes, locks of hair, garlic cloves, powders, non-consumable herbs, small amulets, paper, beads, pastes. Used for time capsules, funerary urns, keepsake containers, ash bottles.

These are all handmade from spent, recycled brass shells that have been shot by real Colorado Cowboys, Rednecks and Mountain Men. These are beautifully ETCHED with a lovely flourish pattern like old wallpaper. Even inside the lid is etched. The brass shell is antiqued to give it an ancient look and then hand polished. Each pattern is similar but never exactly the same. Wear as a beautiful piece or use to hold your secret things inside.

SIZE: 1/2" diameter by 1 1/4" long.
HOLDS: Approx 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) about half of the vial interior.
CAP: is a compression fit. Opens with a tool (included).
FINISH: Antique Brass
CHAIN: Comes on a 28" brass or steel ball chain. You can cut this to your desired length with scissors to shorten.
If you need a longer chain put a note with your order,

NOT SUITABLE for consumables or liquids. Powders or loose herbs should be wrapped in plastic before inserting.
I recommend gluing lid shut if you store valuables.
